• This is a VIP upgrade only. A valid ticket for the concert is required for entry.

• VIP upgrades are transferable to another name but are non-refundable.
  
• The VIP experience typically starts approximately 1 hour before general doors open.
• Exact timing and check-in details will be confirmed via email 48 hours prior to the event.
• All VIP activities take place before the show. Please arrive on time, late arrivals may not be accommodated.
