IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• This is a ticketless VIP upgrade. No physical or digital VIP ticket will be issued. Your name will be added to the VIP guest list.
• A separate valid concert ticket is required to enter the venue. The VIP upgrade does not include admission to the concert.
• VIP upgrades are transferable to another name but are non-refundable. If you need to transfer your VIP upgrade, please contact us before the event so we can update the VIP guest list.
  
• The VIP experience typically starts approximately 1 hour before general doors open.
• Exact timing and check-in details will be sent to the email address used for your order approximately 48 hours prior to the event.
• All VIP activities take place before the show. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
